Lunch Application Information
2024-2025 Lunch Application
Families can begin completing Lunch Applications on-line for the 2024-25 school year. Paper Lunch Applications are available to download. Please print the documents below and mail them to the district office at 5801 W. Cermak Rd. We will continue to send you updates. Parents can sign-in to Skyward to complete the application on-line.
